The gourmet show cooking is an experience of tasting the symbolic dishes of Sicilian cuisine, with an elegant and delicious touch. In just over 2 hours you will discover the history of the Sicilian gastronomic tradition with a local food guide, who will meet you at your holiday home in Palermo. The gourmet show cooking begins with the arrival of the food guide, after a small toast of wine and a cup of seed (pumpkin seeds), the complete tasting will begin, from the wines to the preparation of the recipes prepared on sight: cheeses with jams , the gourmet bruschettoni with sheep ricotta, dried tomatoes km 0, lemon and toasted breadcrumbs, you will taste the local squid and the salad with orange and local anchovy, the sfincione (typical traditional focaccia), the bruschettone with the classic caponata and with that of fish.
