Classic Food Box

In the classic food box, which we will deliver comfortably to your holiday home, you will find some typical podotti such as caciocavallo from Ragusa, perfect to be enjoyed with a typical jam, caponata and a mixed aperitif of sfincione, pane cà meusa, panelle and crocchè and croutons fried. You will also taste the typical bread with Sicilian stuffed meat rolls to be enjoyed with a salad with orange jam, anchovies and toasted almonds. You will have fun cooking two types of fresh pasta by preparing the sauces (Anciova and Pesto Trapanese) in a few minutes, thanks to the graphics and texts that we will give you, you will be able to learn the simple steps necessary to complete the recipes and enjoy them expressed and made by yourself. ! You will discover the history of the most important dishes of Sicilian culture, all while sipping a glass of local wine. The filling of the sweet Sicilian cannoli will complete the experience.
